Yes, not all of them the ones I've seen so fare are practical and necessary; great job.

Works with ImpreMedia - Houston / Rumbo
Sold and trained the staff on both the business directory and Hot Deals
Met with at least 10 potential advertisers that have more than a 50% chance of signing up
Based on Shepherd how many new directory listings have your partners sold month to date? (If you don't know how to pull this report please contact me!)
6 for the month of September so far
Please give us one out of the box idea of how we can sell more directory listings as a company. Any idea no matter how crazy is valid.
Offer advertisers with multiple companies buy one Platinum get the second at 1/2 price.
Are there any feature/technology requests that you would like to make?
Can't think of any right now, but sure I will next week.

Local with Queens Ledger / Long Island Herald / and Hudson Reporter selling Biz Directory & Hot Deals
What day/time do you think would be best for a weekly sales presentation webinar? The basic concept would be that one of us would present the Biz Directory each week and all of our partners would be invited to participate with their local advertisers.

Have not yet been introduced to Shepherd, I feel a little sheepish telling you that? just a little pun
Please give us one out of the box idea of how we can sell more directory listings as a company. Any idea no matter how crazy is valid.
Might be crazy with some properties but by using a Proforma with the publisher... push them for an online rep that works as part of the team to continue to drive business after a launch. Paxton is seriously contemplating! My finding with most newspapers so far...and I qualify this...They are not serious about digital. It seems like a check box. I am striving to show them real numbers that can happen with assistance of a FTE to do the prospecting htat a typical Newspaper ad rep is not going to do
Another thing I am pushing is to user post card or flyer to stuff in invoicing to existing customers to drive existing customers to the directory. Blinc Sample on the partner site has been beneficial to give partners ideas about what they can be doing on the back end with their BDL database. Some are quite extensive 25k !

Thinking about the importance of mobile apps...I know we are getting there.

Next 3 weeks... Fetch Toto hot deals and BDL calls/ Back Yard Broadcast new launch/ Cleveland Banner, new launch

Have you reviewed the new features from this week's engineering deployment. Any questions? yes, the only question I have is how things are being prioritized. Seems like a lot of weight is being put on items that the engineering team want rather than what we are hearing from customers but I could be off on this because I only have my own customers to compare the list to.

Tell us a little about what you did this week? was at the Gloucester times all week for retraining, sales calls, and hot deals kickoff
Based on Shepherd how many new directory listings have your partners sold month to date? (If you don't know how to pull this report please contact me!) None have hit shepherd yet; CNHI uses their own billing system and they are pretty slow to get them up, but I assume a good amount will hit by the end of the month

Tell us a little about what you did this week? Was in the office, did follow up work on previous visits. Started meeting and finding needs of accounts new to me.
